Why is ONE Brush different from other hairbrushes?
The ONE Brush is the World's ONLY Adjustable Bristle Hairbrush, where you can dial in your perfect bristle strength, to suit your hair type, texture and changing hair and scalp conditions. Your hair is unique and changing all the time, due to over styling, diet, changing hormones, environment and seasonal changes, stress, and significantly medical conditions and related treatments. For the first time, you can adjust the bristle strength from soft to 4x firmer, for gentle detangling to firmer styling control.
Why do I need to adjust the bristle strength?
You should never use the same bristle strength on your vulnerable wet hair, as you use on your dry, as it you will pull and stretch the hair, irreversibly. Hairbrushes haven't changed for decades, with fixed bristles that are either too soft, most too harsh, causing breakage, painful tugging and long term damage. Now you can adjust to your hair type, and adapt to your changing hair conditions, minimising breakage, hair fall and supporting every step of your healthy hair care routine,
How do I adjust the bristle strength?
Simply turn the dial on the front of the brush to one of the seven settings, you’ll feel it click into place, and the bristle tension increase from soft to firmer.
Can I use ONE Brush on wet hair?
Yes, ONE Brush is designed to glide through wet or dry hair, with minimal pulling and breakage. The soft setting is perfect for detangling your vulnerable wet hair, and using in the shower (or after the pool) to distribute conditioning treatments.
Can I use my ONE Brush with heat?
You can use your ONE Brush to smooth and style your hair while you blow dry up to 120°. Anything above this may cause the bristles to melt and lose their shape. Please DO NOT use directly on hair straighteners.
How do I clean my ONE Brush?
Please remove all loose hair and gently clean in soapy warm water and allow it to dry naturally. ONE Brush is anti static, so you can usually tap the hair out!
How is The ONE Brush eco-friendly?
We support sustainable hair care and are proud to say ALL ONE Brush's are made from recycled plastic, with both the brush and it's packaging is100% recyclable.
Delivery
UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail on a tracked 48 hr service. Please allow approximately up to 3 working days (Monday-Friday) after you receive your dispatch email from us for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact support@onehairstyling.com, with your order number if possible.

Returns
You can return your ONE Brush purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
We are only able to accept returns originally purchased from our website, unused and in the original packaging, to the return address below. Please include the reason for your return, original ID number, email address and name so we can locate the original order and process any applicable refund.
